This was another complex cross-border project that our law office concluded for a client from the German legal area. Another occasion to confirm our competence regarding such undertakings – said Zbigniew Jara, managing partner of the law office. Currently we observe an increase in cross-border intra-corporate transactions, from restructuring of financing, the establishment of securities on the assets of the Polish subsidiary, through cash pooling to reverse takeovers of foreign dominant companies by their polish subsidiary – attorney Jara added.
