Radca prawny (Attorney-at-law) in the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. She specialises in domestic proceedings before common courts with particular focus on infrastructure disputes, including cases based on FIDIC standards, regarding contractual and judicial indexation, remuneration for additional and substitute works, and contractual penalties for withdrawal from construction contracts and for delay. She has experience in providing day-to-day contractual advice and legal advice on construction and infrastructure disputes before common courts.
