JARA DRAPAŁA & PARTNERS advised Carservis S.A. – automotive company and one of the largest dealer groups in Poland – on sale of a real property with an area of over 17,000 square metres to a company from Skanska Group.
The real property, where one of Carservis showrooms and service stations were located, is situated in a fast-growing commercial district near Żwirki i Wigury Street in Warsaw.
In the transaction Carservis was supported by Zbigniew Jara, Managing Partner, Michał Urbański, advocate, and Dorota Dąbrowska, tax advisor.
