Advocate in the Real Estate Team. Expert in legal advice on the real estate trading, including joint ventures, financing transactions, lease agreements, construction law, administrative law and reprivatisation proceedings. He advises foreign and domestic entities in preparing and carrying out all stages of real estate transactions, from planning to preparing necessary documentation, negotiations with contracting parties to signing documents and potential further actions. He provides legal advice with respect to day-to-day portfolio management and restructuring and indebtedness of corporate groups, on the side of both borrowers and lenders. He advises clients mainly from the real estate industry but he also supports entities from other sectors, such as the production or automotive sectors, on real estate matters.
