We successfully support them in the construction of plants by advising on the purchase of land, participating in the selection of a general contractor, negotiations, as well as during the construction itself. We ensure the clients\u2019 legal comfort in all areas: from real estate to construction law and contracts. We have experience in obtaining permits to conduct business in special economic zones. We draft contracts for entities at various levels of the supply chain. We provide legal security in crisis situations of missing and delayed deliveries, as well as in the case of deliveries of defective goods. We negotiate complex restructuring agreements.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, we:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>draft and review contracts for OEMs, Tier 1, Tier 2 and further subcontractors; in particular, we specialise in complex supply, tooling and R&amp;D contracts;<\/li>\n<li>prepare general conditions of sale and purchase;<\/li>\n<li>advise clients on the acquisition of process lines and equipment;<\/li>\n<li>develop solutions securing the client in case of non-payment by the counterparty;<\/li>\n<li>comprehensively support the legal side of the production plant construction process;<\/li>\n<li>develop and implement legal and tax concepts for doing business safely in Poland;<\/li>\n<li>represent clients in court proceedings in cases concerning warranty and guarantee claims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We know and understand the challenges of manufacturing and industry.
