{"id":13533,"date":"2025-04-18T14:59:16","date_gmt":"2025-04-18T12:59:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jdp-law.pl\/?p=13533"},"modified":"2025-04-18T15:01:36","modified_gmt":"2025-04-18T13:01:36","slug":"partner-promotions-at-jdp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jdp-law.pl\/en\/partner-promotions-at-jdp\/","title":{"rendered":"Partner promotions at JDP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce that as of 1 January 2025 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jdp-law.pl\/en\/team\/joanna-ostojska-kolodziej\/\">dr Joanna Ostojska-Ko\u0142odziej<\/a>\u202f<\/strong>and <a href=\"https:\/\/jdp-law.pl\/en\/team\/mariusz-nowakowski\/\"><strong>Mariusz Nowakowski<\/strong><\/a> have been promoted to Partners at JDP.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 These promotions recognise the individual achievements of our Counsels, whose growth has been supported by the entire firm. This is part of our strategy of organic growth and our commitment to creating optimal conditions for the development of lawyers and promotions from within the firm. Joanna has consistently and successfully developed the Employment team in her role as its Head. The team\u2019s accomplishments have been quickly acknowledged by clients and recognised in international rankings. Mariusz\u2019s promotion reflects his long-standing dedication to clients\u2019 projects, strong relationship-building with clients and colleagues, and consistently positive outcomes in his advisory work. I wish our new Partners even more great achievements\u201d, said <a href=\"https:\/\/jdp-law.pl\/en\/team\/prof-nadzw-dr-hab-przemyslaw-drapala\/\">prof.\u202fPrzemys\u0142aw Drapa\u0142a<\/a>, Managing Partner at JDP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr\u202fJoanna Ostojska-Ko\u0142odziej <\/strong>joined JDP in 2021 as Head of the Employment team. She advises employers on individual and collective labour law issues, supports them on day-to-day employment matters and crisis situations, devises effective remuneration and incentive schemes, handles complex employment restructuring and lay-off processes, and advises on transfers of work establishments. Joanna also represents clients before employment courts, where amicable resolution is not possible. She is the author of numerous publications on civil and labour law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mariusz Nowakowski, MLE<\/strong>, joined JDP in 2012. He specialises in strategic advice to entities from the construction and infrastructure sectors, with particular focus on road, energy and industrial projects across Poland and abroad. Being part of the Litigation and Arbitration team and the Infrastructure team, he assists clients throughout all project phases \u2013 from contract negotiation and execution to claim management (including under FIDIC standards), and successful representation in court and arbitration proceedings. Mariusz\u2019s work contributes to tangible outcomes such as increased project profitability, settlement of additional or substitute works, deadline extensions, and enforcement of contractual penalties.
