The opening of the shopping gallery took place on October 19th, 2016. The value of the construction investment amounts to approx. EUR 140 million. The total value of the project amounts to approx. EUR 300 million.<\/p>\n<p>The recently opened shopping center Posnania is one of the largest shopping objects in the voivodship Wielkopolska. The 100.000 sq m hold 220 boutiques, 40 caf\u00e9s and restaurants, 40 medium and large-scale shops, a\u00a0multiplex, a\u00a0billiard club, a\u00a0bowling club, a\u00a0fitness club with a\u00a0swimming pool and children&#8217;s playgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; This is another project, in which our law firm was active in advising Eiffage. I am pleased that our client appreciated our experience and offered us a\u00a0cooperation in one of the most prestigious and largest commercial investments in Poland and Central Europe. We are proud to have the opportunity to contribute to our client\u2019s portfolio and strengthen his position in the market for construction investment in Central Eastern Europe &#8211; said\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jdp-law.pl\/en\/team\/dr-marcin-chomiuk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marcin Chomiuk<\/a><\/strong>, Partner of JD&amp;P, legal adviser to Eiffage.<\/p>\n<p>The JD&amp;P team led by Marcin Chomiuk (Partner) had been advising the contractor on this project since July 2014, i.e. since the beginning of the construction works. The legal advisory services included in particular contract and strategic consulting during contacts with the trading partners and the principal investor.
