Post\u0119pu in Warsaw, to be performed together with Avestus Real Estate sp. z\u00a0o.o.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Eiffage and Avestus have already obtained consent of the Polish Antimonopoly Office for the establishment of a\u00a0company under the name Quadrat Post\u0119pu sp. z\u00a0o.o. to implement the project. JARA DRAPA\u0141A &amp; PARTNERS was a\u00a0joint attorney of the investors in this project. According to the project assumptions there will be a\u00a0hotel with a\u00a0floor area of 6,000 sq. m. adjoining to the office building<\/p>\n<p>Eiffage Immobilier Polska belongs to the Eiffage Group and it is expert in the real estate development industry. So far the company realises projects to be implemented on properties belonging to the Eiffage Group. In 2016 it plans to begin investments in Warsaw, Cracow and Kielce.<\/p>\n<p>Avestus Real Estate belongs to the Avestus Group. The company operates in the investment and real estate development industry and provides comprehensive assistance at investment processes.<\/p>\n<p>Maciej Chrzan, partner, Micha\u0142 Urba\u0144ski, senior associate, and Dorota D\u0105browska, tax advisor, assisted Eiffage Immobilier Polska, wereas legal advisors of Avestus Real Estate were Andrzej Lulka, owner, and Rafa\u0142 Rupniewski, senior associate, from Andrzej Lulka Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego law firm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JARA DRAPA\u0141A &amp;
