The JDP transaction team advised hive<\/strong>, a new supplier of electric scooters, on the entry into the Polish market. The hive project is part of Daimler\u2019s and BMW\u2019s global alliance strategy. Our legal services included in particular contract consultancy, including B2C, and strategic advice in connection with the entry of new services into the Polish market.<\/p>\n
