Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team and the Infrastructure Team. He specialises in court proceedings and issues regarding liability for damages.
His experience includes supporting entities from the pharmaceutical, food, construction and railway sectors. Among other cases, he advised on a dispute concerning contractual penalties charged to a subcontractor performing an advanced metal structure and contractual penalties charged to a supplier of an Internet connection system in high-speed trains.
Rafał has also assisted clients in cases regarding unfair competition, liability for a hazardous product, liability of former management board members and annulment and invalidation of company resolutions. He has supported clients in administrative proceedings before the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office and the Regional Inspector of Trade Inspection.
He provides legal advice before and during litigation.
