Production automation and industrial robotics

We provide legal advice on the acquisition of industrial robots, production lines, industrial machinery and production automation in general. We support entities interested in the acquisition in the selection of an appropriate contract model and its negotiation. When working for machinery manufacturers or distributors, we prepare contract templates and general terms and conditions, and negotiate exceptions proposed by contractors. Our advisory services in the field of civil and commercial law are complemented by the experience of our experts in financing (e.g. leasing contracts, special forms of securing contracts) and tax law (e.g. all kinds of investment incentives in the form of tax allowances). If it is not possible for the counterparties to reach an amicable agreement, we represent our clients in court disputes.

In particular, we:

• support the process of verification of the client’s potential counterparties;
• advise the client on the choice of the contract template tailored to the client’s business needs;
• analyse the contract template and general conditions that the client receives;
• conduct contract negotiations in order to properly secure the client’s interests;
• support clients in the event of issues with the removal of defects under warranty or guarantee;
• prepare a withdrawal from the contract in the event of the counterparty’s non-performance of their contractual obligations;
• represent clients in court disputes;
• advise clients in the event of bankruptcy or restructuring of counterparties.
