Maja Kmiecik

Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team and the Infrastructure Team. She specialises in handling court proceedings and advising clients from the construction and infrastructure sectors. She supports clients in proceedings before common courts, focusing on infrastructure disputes, including those based on FIDIC standards, regarding contractual penalties, remuneration for additional and substitute works and contract withdrawal. She started gaining experience in the area of substantive and procedural civil law already during her studies by participating in various projects.
