Patryk Miernowski

Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team and the Infrastructure Team. He supports clients in court and arbitration proceedings, including in construction and infrastructure disputes (among other things, regarding contracts based on FIDIC standards, contractual penalties and contract price indexation). He has extensive experience in handling disputes concerning various civil-law aspects (including legal advice on medical and pharmaceutical law to both individuals and corporate clients), and drawing up legal opinions and analyses. Patryk gained his experience when working in law firms, NGOs, public institutions and a legal division of an international company.
