Attorney-at-law in the Public Procurement Team. He specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice to contractors at all stages of tender procedures and following the contract conclusion. He represents clients in appeal proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber and in complaint proceedings before the Public Procurement Court.
Adam has advised contractors across the following sectors: construction, energy, medical, architecture, telecommunications and IT.

Selected projects
- legal advice to a contractor from the telecommunications industry in three two-stage utilities tenders concerning components of the newly built LTE450 telecommunications system of the PGE Group, with a total value of approx. PLN 300 million;
- representation of a contractor from the construction industry in a precedent-setting dispute before the National Appeals Chamber and the Public Procurement Court concerning the correctness of a tender deposit in the form of a bank guarantee with a validity term equal to the bid validity period, initiated in a tender procedure in which a contract was awarded for the construction of an expressway section with a value of approx. PLN 230 million;
- legal advice to a contractor from the architectural industry in connection with participation in a competitive dialogue concerning the selection of the General Designer (Master Architect) of the Central Communication Port (one of the largest public procurement contracts for architectural services, with a value of approx. PLN 850 million);
- legal advice to a contractor from the IT industry in connection with tenders for the supply and maintenance of control system components in the KAS electronic toll collection system, with a total value of over PLN 200 million.
