Miriam Rząsa

Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team and the Infrastructure Team. She specialises in handling court proceedings and advising clients from the construction and infrastructure sectors. She supports the team in disputes regarding infrastructure projects, in particular those based on FIDIC standards, as well as regarding contract price indexation, remuneration for additional and substitute works, contractual penalties and withdrawing from construction contracts.
