Agata Żuchowska

Attorney-at-law in the Litigation and Arbitration Team and the Infrastructure Team. She specialises in court and arbitration proceedings, in particular regarding construction and infrastructure disputes, including cases based on FIDIC standards. She has extensive experience in providing litigation advice to leading entities (including foreign companies) operating across railway, road, energy and public utility construction, as well as the real estate sectors.

Her experience includes legal advice on contractual penalties, payment of indirect costs incurred in connection with the extension of the time for completion, payment for additional works, remuneration indexation (statutory and contractual), as well as guarantees and warranties in connection with defective execution of construction works.
At JDP, she handles court proceedings, draws up legal opinions, and provides ongoing advice to entities from the construction sector on project implementation.
