Anna Stelmach

Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team and the Infrastructure Team. She provides day-to-day assistance in court proceedings and legal advice during the implementation of infrastructure and construction projects. Anna specialises in proceedings before common courts, particularly with regard to infrastructure disputes, including those based on FIDIC standards, regarding contractual penalties and remuneration for additional and substitute works.
