Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. She specialises in civil and commercial cases, in particular construction and infrastructure disputes. She has extensive experience in handling disputes between shopping centres and lessees, especially those based on the rebus sic stantibus clause. Her experience also includes rendering legal services to creditors in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings regarding their contractors. She provides day-to-day legal advice on court proceedings as well as infrastructure and construction projects.
