Attorney-at-law in the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. She specialises in court and arbitration proceedings, in particular regarding construction and infrastructure projects (primarily for the energy, road and tram sections) and production. She assists clients in developing strategies to resolve disputes amicably, including in negotiating settlement agreements; she also advises on post-arbitration and enforcement proceedings. Her extensive experience includes day-to-day legal advice on contract performance, including infrastructure projects and contracts awarded in the public procurement regime. Her clients include both investors and contractors. She effectively handles criminal proceedings and advises clients on managing crisis situations.


Selected projects

  • representation of a leading manufacturer of rolling stock in several court and arbitration cases regarding claims arising from a rolling stock delivery agreement;
  • contract advice and representation of leading construction contractors in proceedings seeking to increase their remuneration due to an unpredictable change in circumstances, i.e. an increase in costs of project performance on the construction production market, on the basis of the rebus sic stantibus clause;
  • representation of a contracting entity in complex court proceedings regarding a contractor performing an offshore project in a dispute covering claims regarding i.a. contract withdrawal;
  • representation of a leading contractor in multi-million court cases, including proceedings seeking injunctive reliefs, arising in connection with building projects and project payments (including a groundless set-off, contractual penalties and damages);
  • legal advice to an investor in connection with the performance of an EPC project regarding the construction of a power plant with a 600 MWe gas and steam unit (construction of the largest low-emission heat and power plant in Poland);
  • legal advice on sanction regimes, including special solutions regarding counteracting the promotion of aggression towards Ukraine;
  • acting as a counsel to harmed companies at all stages of criminal proceedings in white-collar crimes, including crimes related to the performance of public contracts.
