Associate in the Public Procurement Team, the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. He provides day-to-day legal advice on public procurement, both at the stage of contract award and contract performance; he provides ongoing legal assistance to clients in proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber, common courts and public institutions.
He has advised local government units and municipal companies, held training sessions in public procurement, and provided day-to-day legal advice to contracting entities and contractors; he has been involved in investment projects worth up to PLN 2 billion, and provided comprehensive legal advice on public procurement and infrastructure projects.
Selected projects
- coordination of a contractor’s legal team in two road projects carried out for the State Treasury – General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways with a total value of PLN 0.5 billion;
- legal advice on a tender procedure for Special Economic Zones with a total value of around PLN 150 million gross;
- participation and legal advice on investment projects (i.a. road projects) with a value of up to PLN 2 billion;
- representation of contracting entities in tender procedures;
- training sessions in public procurement, including the new public procurement law and contracts co-funded with EU funds;
- day-to-day legal advice:
- on public contracts, including those co-funded with third-party funds (e.g. EU) worth up to PLN 50 million gross;
- to local government units, municipal companies (including multi-discipline ones) and commercial companies;
- representation of contracting entities and contractors:
- before the National Appeals Chamber;
- in disputes with institutions managing EU-funded projects (i.a. with respect to the legitimacy of the funding adjustment).
