Attorney-at-law in the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. He specialises in civil law and administrative law. Author of over 70 scientific publications in the field of civil law (general part, property law, law of obligations) and public law. His publications on civil law deal with such issues as liability for the so called indirect damage, rebus sic stantibus clause, obligations denominated in foreign currencies, construction contracts and cooperative law. Co-author of the Commentary to the Civil Code edited by Konrad Osajda (Legalis – electronic edition, C.H. Beck – 2013 and 2017 printed editions), commentary to the act on repayment of certain outstanding amounts owed to companies resulting from performance of public contracts (Wolters Kluwer – Lex 2012 electronic edition, C.H. Beck – 2013 printed edition). Author of the commentary to the act of 21 June 1990 on return of benefits groundlessly gained to the detriment of the State Treasury or other state-owned legal persons (C.H. Beck – Legalis 2018, ed. K. Osajda).
