Attorney-at-law and defence industry executive with extensive experience, working with JDP on strategic projects for the defence sector, operating at the intersection of government, the armed forces, industry and business. Dawid combines legal expertise with hands-on experience in building and developing defence businesses, establishing industrial partnerships and delivering projects in complex regulatory and institutional environments.
He specialises in defence industry regulations, licensed activity, compliance and corporate governance. Dawid advises on entering the Polish market, establishing local operational structures, developing industrial partnerships, localising production, transferring technology and building domestic industrial capabilities.
He gained his professional experience by running his own law practice, serving in the public service and holding managerial positions in international industrial and technology groups. His work focused, amongst other things, on issues relating to security, the state’s defence and economic capabilities, the trade in armaments and technologies of strategic importance.
In the private sector, Dawid was responsible for the development of the defence activity in Poland, concession processes, the establishment of internal structures and procedures, and cooperation with public administration, the armed forces, industry and research and development organisations.
