Dmytro Mykhaylenko

Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team and the Infrastructure Team. He specialises in civil and commercial proceedings, cross-border disputes and arbitration proceedings conducted under rules of Polish arbitration courts. He has experience in handling proceedings regarding restructuring, excessive delays in payments in commercial transactions and acts of unfair competition. Dmytro has also been involved in due diligences of companies. He advises clients both at the pre-litigation stage and during proceedings before common and arbitration courts. His experience also includes handling infrastructure disputes between contracting entities and contractors, financial disputes between entrepreneurs and consumers as well as disputes involving entities from the aviation, military, TMT and FMCG sectors.
