Attorney-at-law in the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. He represents clients in proceedings before common courts, in particular complex infrastructure disputes across the railway, road, energy, and building sectors, including those based on FIDIC standards. He advises regarding contractual penalties for withdrawal from construction contracts, contractual penalties for delays, remuneration for additional and substitute works. He also provides day-to-day legal advice on the performance of infrastructure projects. Author of numerous publications on bill of exchange law and settlement of additional works.
