Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. He specialises in court proceedings, in particular infrastructure disputes, among others based on FIDIC standards. He has experience in advising companies from the construction and railway sectors, and providing legal support on public procurement matters and disputes over contractual penalties for withdrawal from construction contracts, contractual penalties for delays, remuneration for additional and substitute works, using or defending against using bank and insurance guarantees, withdrawing or defending against withdrawing from a contract, settling a contract in connection with the contract withdrawal. In JDP he provides legal support in court proceedings and infrastructure and construction projects.
