Associate in the Public Procurement Team. She advises clients on public procurement law at all stages of tender procedures, including assisting and representing clients in proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber.
She has gained her experience in law firms specialising in public procurement law. Justyna has supported clients in tender procedures (individually or as a member or chair of tender boards) and provided legal advice to contracting entities and contractors, during tender procedures and contract performance, including those regarding infrastructure projects.
Her experience includes advice to local government units, research units, authorities supervising the Polish financial market, state-owned entities and their corporate bodies, including those operating in the water management sector.
She has also provided ongoing legal support to a budget division of a local government unit regarding civil proceedings concerning claims for pecuniary and non-pecuniary compensation.

- conducting a tender procedure (as a member of a tender board) regarding flood protection in the area of the Central Oder; project value: around PLN 125 million net,
- conducting several tender procedures for a research institute, including proceedings co-financed from third-party funds (e.g. European funding),
- conducting tender procedures (as a member and chair of a tender board) for a local government unit; total value: up to PLN 50 million,
- providing comprehensive legal advice to a leading Polish entity operating in the sector of medical ambulances, including legal assistance in several tender procedures and representation before the National Appeals Chamber,
- providing comprehensive legal advice to a leading construction company, including assisting this entity in tender procedures and at the stage of the contract performance, including court proceedings regarding contractual claims,
- providing comprehensive legal advice to uniformed services units, including the police, in particular drawing up legal opinions on the interpretation of legal provisions governing the status of uniformed services and their internal regulations.
