Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. He specialises in handling court proceedings and advising clients from the construction and infrastructure sectors. He supports clients in domestic proceedings before common courts. Maciej focuses on infrastructure disputes regarding contractual and judicial indexation, remuneration for additional works and contractual penalties for contract withdrawal and delays.
