Attorney-at-law in the Public Procurement Team. Marta specialises in public procurement law and civil law, with a particular focus on regulations governing construction contracts. For a decade, she has been advising public contracting entities and contractors, including the largest contracting entity in the railway industry. She represents clients in disputes before the National Appeals Chamber and the Public Procurement Court, and advises on contract performance, representing clients in both judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution.
Marta has many years of experience in advising on the performance of contracts co-financed with EU funds. She has advised leading companies across the railway, telecommunications, gas and construction sectors.
She is a lecturer in a postgraduate programme on the investment and construction process run by the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

- legal advice to and representation of the winning contractor from the telecommunications sector before the National Appeals Chamber and the Regional Court in tender proceedings for MVNO services conducted by a company from the energy sector;
- legal advice to a contracting entity, including representation before the National Appeals Chamber in tender proceedings for the construction of a passenger terminal conducted by Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o. (Central Transport Hub);
- legal advice to an airport systems contractor in tender proceedings conducted by the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency;
- legal advice to a contracting entity in tender proceedings for the purchase of Poland’s first quantum computer;
- legal advice to a contracting authority, including participation in the tender process for the construction of a fibre-optic network under the Digital Poland Operational Programme
