Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. He advises clients in proceedings before common courts, in particular regarding infrastructure disputes. He has gained his experience in top Polish construction companies performing complex infrastructure projects for public contracting authorities. He also provides day-to-day legal advice on the performance of construction projects, including in particular on negotiations regarding amendments to construction contracts, performance of substitute works and pursuing claims relating to additional works.

- day-to-day legal advice to a general contractor with respect to a construction project, including negotiation of settlements to be concluded with third parties asserting claims against the general contractor
