Mateusz Łyjak

Attorney-at-law in the Litigation and Arbitration Team and the Infrastructure Team. He specialises in the resolution of disputes, both in and out of court, as well as in day-to-day corporate legal advice and contract advice to businesses. His experience includes, in particular, representing clients in civil proceedings regarding damage redress, protection of personal rights, construction and corporate disputes, and competition and consumer protection matters. Mateusz also has experience in advising entities in the automotive, technology and capital markets sectors on corporate and contractual matters. He has also acted as an attorney and defence counsel in white-collar crime and fiscal criminal cases.
