Attorney-at-law, Associate, in the Energy and Renewables Team. He specialises in advising on energy projects, in particular regarding contracts, permits and requirements to execute renewable energy generating units.

He gained experience as a key specialist in a company specialising in renewable energy from one of the leading energy groups in Poland.

He advised on proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority regarding disputes in connection with the refusal of electricity distribution system operators to determine the technical requirements for connecting RES installations.

His experience also includes due diligence processes in M&A transactions concerning photovoltaic and wind farms.
