Michał Wojnarowicz

Attorney-at-law in the Energy and Natural Sources Team. He specialises in the implementation of energy projects, in particular with respect to contracts, permits and approvals required for the construction of renewable energy facilities.

Michał gained professional experience at law firms and in companies operating in the energy sector. He worked as a lawyer at one of Poland’s leading EPC contractors, delivering investment projects involving photovoltaic farms and energy storage systems, as well as acquiring and managing its own assets in these areas.

His experience includes legal assistance in proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. He was involved in M&A transactions relating to energy storage projects and hybrid installations, including legal due diligence reviews.
