He specialises in court proceedings regarding mainly infrastructure disputes. His experience includes legal advice to the construction, railway and energy sectors. He handles disputes regarding contractual penalties for contract withdrawal, contractual penalties for delay, remuneration for additional works, payments in connection with contract withdrawal. He provides day-to-day legal advice on court proceedings and infrastructure and construction projects.
