Piotr Kuczyński

Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. He specialises in court proceedings regarding in particular infrastructure projects, including those based on FIDIC standards, with respect to contractual penalties and remuneration for additional and substitute works. He provides day-to-day legal advice on court proceedings and supports clients during performance of infrastructure and construction projects.
