Associate in the Tax Team. He has extensive experience in supporting clients in disputes with tax authorities, related to tax and custom-fiscal inspections as well as tax and court-administrative proceedings.
He also provides advice on M&A transactions and company restructuring.
In addition to tax advice, he also holds seminars on tax matters for companies, financial institutions, manufacturers and local government units. Author of academic publications; lecturer at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce.
Selected projects
- tax advice to a Polish listed company on acquiring an enterprise of an independent fuel logistics operator and asphalt production and sales facilities, including due diligence and advice on the transaction structuring;
- tax advice in VAT-related proceedings against entities involved in carousel frauds;
- tax advice in tax proceedings regarding CIT refund to taxpayers from a tax group operating in the publishing industry;
- tax advice in penal-fiscal proceedings against members of executive staff.
