JARA DRAPAŁA & PARTNERS law firm advised Eiffage Immobilier Polska sp. z o.o. on a joint venture project for an office building with a usable floor area of approx. 21,000 sq. m., in ul. Postępu in Warsaw, to be performed together with Avestus Real Estate sp. z o.o.

Eiffage and Avestus have already obtained consent of the Polish Antimonopoly Office for the establishment of a company under the name Quadrat Postępu sp. z o.o. to implement the project. JARA DRAPAŁA & PARTNERS was a joint attorney of the investors in this project. According to the project assumptions there will be a hotel with a floor area of 6,000 sq. m. adjoining to the office building

Eiffage Immobilier Polska belongs to the Eiffage Group and it is expert in the real estate development industry. So far the company realises projects to be implemented on properties belonging to the Eiffage Group. In 2016 it plans to begin investments in Warsaw, Cracow and Kielce.
