Marcin Trojanowski

Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team and the Infrastructure Team. He specialises in court proceedings, in particular regarding civil and commercial cases. He assists clients in developing optimal strategies (including amicable resolutions) for dispute resolution and negotiating settlement agreements.

His professional experience includes: legal advice on construction contracts performance, withdrawal from contracts, contractual penalties; corporate disputes involving proceedings to challenge corporate resolutions or disputes regarding the shareholder status. Marcin has also advised on cases regarding medical errors. He has represented clients in criminal proceedings, including criminal commercial cases. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in advising on the conclusion and performance of lease agreements regarding premises in shopping malls and centres.
