Moreover, he drafts corporate documentation and prepares transactional documentation on both the sell-side and the buy-side.
Norbert advises clients on establishing companies and capital structures and handles related proceedings before registry courts. He advises on the establishment of family foundations and provides ongoing legal and tax support in this respect. He has been involved in mergers, demergers, and corporate transformations, including due diligence processes. Norbert provides legal advice regarding management boards, supervisory boards and shareholders’ meetings.
He is an alumnus of the Energy Leaders Academy at the Lesław A. Paga Foundation in Warsaw.
