Associate in the Real Estate Team. His core area of expertise includes real estate law, renewables and company law. He supports clients at all transaction stages regarding real estate acquisition (including asset deals and share deals), lease agreements (offices, warehouses, BTS) and negotiations. In his practice, he also conducts due diligence checks of real estate and prepares comprehensive transactional documentation. Moreover, he advises with respect to all real estate aspects regarding construction law, agricultural property purchase and sale, zoning and RES projects. He represents clients before administrative authorities and courts in cases related to real estate.
