JDP advised Nextbike Polska S.A., a Polish company from the Nextbike Group – the largest urban bicycle network operator in Poland – on all aspects of a lease agreement for nearly 10.000 sq.m. of warehouse and production space in Prologis Park Warsaw II in Warsaw.
We supported the client in a complex, multi-purpose lease transaction involving a significant adaptation of part of the warehouse space for production use. Our legal assistance covered negotiating the lease agreement, as well as drafting and negotiating related security documents. This modern facility is tailored to meet the client’s production needs, serving as a high-bay warehouse, bicycle assembly plant and a centre for component and marking printing.
