Jakub Kubejko

Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Disputes Team. Jakub advises on matters involving disputes arising out of corporate relationships, as well as other corporate matters, including both internal corporate disputes and the ongoing operations of companies. In addition to providing corporate advice, he represents and supports clients in legal proceedings arising from their business activities, particularly disputes with other business entities. His practice focuses on the law of obligations and commercial law. His key areas of interest include the civil and criminal liability of members of the governing bodies of companies.
