He specialises in commercial and civil law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private financing (investment and shareholders’ agreements) and day-to-day corporate advice.

Piotr advises business entities at every stage of their operations — from establishing business structures, through their development and financing, to investment processes, restructuring and exits from investments. He has experience in the comprehensive management of M&A transactions, including, amongst other things, due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation and preparation of transaction documentation, and support both during and after the closing of a transaction.

In the area of private financing, he advises both investors and companies raising capital, offering solutions tailored to their business objectives and risk profile.
