We provide consultancy services to companies in the transport industry, involved in both freight and passenger transport by any means – be it air, land or sea. Owing to our interdisciplinary experience, we have a good understanding of the needs and requirements of the industry. We are also able to provide expert services to our clients operating internationally with the help of our extensive network of contacts with foreign lawyers. We assist our clients in the conclusion of freight forwarding contracts, the acquisition of logistics centres, the financing of business development, as well as in matters relating to labour law and the acquisition of vehicles for use in their operations. We also successfully represent our clients in disputes concerning the performance of transport activities, as well as in disputes with counterparties.

In particular, we:

• assist clients in concluding contracts for the purchase and leasing of transport vehicles;
• give opinions and prepare contracts of freight forwarding, transportation, storage, safekeeping, lease of warehouse space;
• advise clients on securing receivables in transport (pledge on goods);
• assist clients in the acquisition and financing of the acquisition of logistics centres and warehouses;
• advise clients on international transport of goods based on the CMR convention;
• assist clients in matters related to the labour law concerning employees of transport companies (e.g. posting of employees, drivers’ working time);
• successfully handle litigation cases related to the transportation business.
