It is with great pleasure that we announce that JARA DRAPAŁA & PARTNERS law firm has provided legal advice to PKN ORLEN S.A., one of the largest oil companies in Central and Eastern Europe, on the construction of the biggest gas and steam unit in Poland, at the Płock production plant.

With electrical power output of 600 MWe and thermal power output of 520 MWt, the unit deploys the most advanced environmental protection technologies (Best available technology, BAT).

Putting into operation the biggest combined heat and power (CHP) plant in Poland means strengthening the position on the electricity market, not only of the PKN Orlen but of the entire country.

The investment is another large energy project completed by JARA DRAPAŁA & PARTNERS as part of the infrastructure practice and contract consulting.
