JD&P representing one of the leading contractors of roads and bridges obtained in early May 2017 a judgement awarding the claim with the total value of over PLN 11 million against the investor (General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways – GDDKiA). The case may be recognized as precedential because, the judgement may substantially influence the court practice.
