The M&A, tax and public procurement team of JDP advised Axon Lab AG, a Swiss-based medical supplier active in the field of IVD, medical IT and applied science in the purchase of 100% of shares in Color Trading Sp. z o.o., a Warsaw-based medical products distributor. As a result of the transaction, Axon Lab expanded its business activity to Poland and is now active in 11 European countries.
