The agreement covers a total of 108,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, along with dedicated parking spaces. This marks one of the largest single-tenant recent lease transactions in the Polish industrial and logistics market. This transaction is particularly significant as it supports BESTSECRET’s operational growth, securing a state-of-the-art facility to BESTSECRET’s high-volume fashion logistics needs, including integration of specialized equipment.
