JDP advised Drees & Sommer SE in Poland on the acquisition of ADC sp. z o.o.

JDP Drapała Chomiuk & Partners advised Drees & Sommer SE on the acquisition of 100% of shares in ADC sp. z o.o., a Polish company operating in the areas of project management, technical consultancy, design and construction supervision.

JDP’s support included conducting legal due diligence, preparing transaction documentation and coordinating the closing process.
