Attorney-at-law in the Transaction (Corporate M&A) Team. She advises Polish and foreign companies with respect to M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and business development in Poland. She gained her experience in international law firms and in UniCredit AG in Munich where she advised on public companies bonds, government bonds and bonds of financial entities.
