Her experience also includes comprehensive corporate advice to Polish and foreign entities, including establishing companies, implementing capital-related changes and liquidating companies. She also handles reorganisations of companies and groups of companies, including Polish and multinational groups. Edyta also advises investment funds, including regarding transactions carried out by these entities.
